I’m a Data Analyst who is passionate about collaborating with nonprofits and businesses to unveil the story behind the numbers. I started my professional career as a nonprofit consultant in Pittsburgh, PA. I used instinct to guide my strategy proposals, but I could sense there was a more accurate method. The desire for accurately informed decisions followed me as an educator in public schools where I managed an informal data collection database to guide the creation of individualized instructional plans. This approach revealed measurable growth among students. Over the years I've implemented this data driven strategy in multiple schools, districts, counties, businesses and non-profits.
